I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed and struggling lately with my OCD, and I’m finally committed to reaching out and getting help. I have been doing some research into finding an OCD treatment provider in my area, and I’m coming up short.
I know that there are lots of resources out there, but I need something tailored for me and my needs specifically. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any online communities or forums dedicated to OCD patients that might be able to give pointers on where to look?
The thought of actively seeking out the help of a therapist can feel intimidating, but I’m determined to find the right person who will understand me and what I’m going through. Pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
