Finding My Way to Healthy Eating

As a 52-year-old man, I never thought I would be struggling with disordered eating habits. It’s been a difficult road, but I’m determined to find my way to healthy eating and a positive relationship with food. I’ve faced challenges and setbacks, but I refuse to give up. I’ve found support through counseling and connecting with others who understand what I’m going through. I’m learning to be kinder to myself and to focus on progress, not perfection. It’s a daily battle, but I’m committed to making small changes and celebrating each victory along the way.
