As a 39-year-old woman dealing with mental health and addiction challenges, I have felt completely lost at times. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve found solace in the support and resources provided by Six Nations Mental Health and Addictions. The sense of community and understanding here has helped me feel less alone in my struggles. I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help and that there are people who genuinely care about my well-being. I’m grateful for the counseling services and group therapy sessions that have given me a safe space to share my thoughts and feelings. I want to encourage others who may be going through similar challenges to reach out for help. There is hope and healing to be found, and it starts with taking that first step towards seeking support. You are not alone, and there are people who want to see you thrive.
