Finding Hope in the Winter Blues

As the winter months approach, I find myself struggling with sadness more and more. It’s been really rough trying to cope with the feelings of isolation and low energy. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way, but it can be hard to remember that sometimes. I’ve been trying to incorporate more self-care into my daily routine, like taking walks in the crisp air and making sure to get plenty of natural light. It’s not a perfect solution, but it has been helping me feel a little better. I’m also considering talking to a therapist about my seasonal affective disorder, as I’ve heard it can be really beneficial.
