Living with obsessive compulsive hoarding can feel overwhelming and suffocating at times. It’s easy to feel like there’s no way out, no light at the end of the tunnel. But through therapy and support, I’ve started to see a glimmer of hope. I’ve learned that it’s okay to take small steps towards recovery, and that I don’t have to do it alone. Connecting with others who understand what I’m going through has been incredibly comforting. I’ve also discovered coping strategies that help me manage my urges to hoard.
