Hello everyone, I just wanted to share a bit of my story in the hopes that it might help someone else. I’ve been dealing with mental health and addictions in the Capital Region for a while now, and it’s been a tough road. But I’ve also found so much support and resources that have really made a difference. It’s not easy, but I’ve learned that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. The more I talk about it, the more I realize I’m not alone in this struggle. So if you’re out there feeling like you’re drowning in this, know that there is hope. There are people and organizations out there ready to support you. It’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to not be okay. Let’s keep supporting each other and fighting for our mental health. We’ve got this.
