Finding Hope in Spring: Overcoming Depression at 42

As a 42-year-old man, I’ve struggled with spring depression for years. The changing seasons always seem to trigger a wave of negative emotions and low energy. But I’ve learned that there’s hope in every season. I’ve found solace in talking to close friends and family about my struggles, as well as seeking professional help. I’ve also discovered the power of nature and spending more time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine and fresh air. It’s not easy, but taking small steps every day has helped me to manage my spring depression. I want to encourage others who are struggling to hold on to hope and seek support. You are not alone in this journey, and it’s okay to ask for help. We can overcome this together.
