As a 57-year-old woman, I have been dealing with bipolar disorder symptoms for many years. It can be incredibly challenging to navigate through the highs and lows that come with this condition, especially as a female. However, I have found solace in seeking support and actively managing my symptoms. Through therapy, medication, and self-care practices, I have been able to find some stability in my life.
