I’ve been struggling with depression for years, and I turned to alcohol as a way to cope with the pain. But I’ve come to realize that it only made things worse. I know it’s not easy, but taking the first step to seek help was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve started therapy and joined a support group, and I can already feel a glimmer of hope.
