As a 25-year-old woman, I never thought I would be dealing with addiction to something as seemingly harmless as TED Talks. But as I found myself watching talk after talk, I realized that it was becoming a way for me to escape from my mental health struggles. It’s hard to admit that I have a problem, but I know that acknowledging it is the first step towards finding help and healing. I’m reaching out to this community in hopes of finding others who have gone through similar experiences and can offer support and guidance. I want to believe that there is hope beyond this addiction, and I’m determined to find it. Thank you for listening to my story.
