Dealing with separation at this age is tough, there’s no denying that. I’ve struggled with the feelings of loneliness and sadness that come with it. But I’ve also found strength and resilience that I didn’t know I had. It’s important to focus on self-care, whether it’s going for a walk, talking to a friend, or seeking professional help. Surrounding myself with positive influences and looking toward the future has been crucial in my healing process. I want to encourage others going through the same thing to hold onto hope, because things do get better. It may not happen overnight, but with time and effort, we can overcome the pain of separation and find happiness again.
