Finding freedom from online OCD

As a 34-year-old woman dealing with online obsessive-compulsive disorder, I’ve been struggling to find a balance in my life. The constant need to check and re-check everything online has been overwhelming. But I refuse to let it define me. I’ve found support through therapy and community resources that have helped me understand my condition better. I’ve learned to implement healthy habits like limit my screen time and practice mindfulness. It’s been a difficult process, but I’m starting to see progress.
