Finding comfort in my own skin

Dealing with sensory compulsive disorder has been quite a challenge, but I’ve been learning to navigate through it. There are days when even the smallest things can feel overwhelming, but I’ve been finding comfort in my own skin. It’s a process, but I’ve been exploring different coping mechanisms and finding what works best for me. Yoga and meditation have been really helpful, and I’ve also been trying to create a calming environment at home. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to have bad days, and I’m slowly learning to be kinder to myself. Surrounding myself with understanding and supportive people has made a huge difference as well. I know I still have a long way to go, but I’m determined to continue making progress and taking care of my mental health.
