Finding Calm: Dealing with Anxiety in my Chest

I’ve been struggling with anxiety that seems to manifest as a tightness in my chest. It’s been really overwhelming and scary at times, but I’m determined to find a way to manage it. I’ve been trying different relaxation techniques and deep breathing exercises, and I’ve also been seeking professional help. I know it’s a long road ahead, but I’m not giving up. I want to encourage anyone else going through something similar to keep pushing forward and to reach out for support. We’re all in this together and we can get through it. There are brighter days ahead, I just know it.
