Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experiences with OCPD and Aspergers at the age of 48. It has been a challenging road, but I have learned so much about myself along the way. Understanding these conditions has allowed me to develop coping mechanisms that have helped me find balance in my life. I’ve found that routine and structure are incredibly important for managing OCPD, while Aspergers has given me a unique perspective on the world. Connecting with others who share similar experiences has been a source of encouragement and support for me. I encourage anyone struggling with these conditions to seek out a community that understands and accepts them. There is hope and strength in solidarity.
