Hello everyone, I just wanted to share how much cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has helped me in managing my bipolar disorder. I was skeptical at first, but working with my therapist and putting in the effort at home has made a noticeable difference. CBT has given me the tools to challenge my negative thought patterns and find a greater sense of stability. It’s not always easy, and there are still tough days, but I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made. If anyone else is hesitant about CBT, I encourage you to give it a chance. It’s been a game-changer for me in my journey towards wellness.
