Finding Balance with Always Hungry Disorder

I’ve struggled with always being hungry for so long, and it’s been really tough. It’s hard to explain to others how it feels to never feel satisfied, to constantly be battling cravings and feeling like I can never get enough to eat. But I’ve found some comfort in knowing that I’m not alone and that there are others who understand what I’m going through. I’ve been working with a therapist and nutritionist to try to find some balance and learn to manage my constant hunger in a healthy way. It’s a daily struggle, but I’m hopeful that I can find some relief and start to feel more in control of my eating habits. If anyone else is dealing with always hungry disorder, just know that you’re not alone and there is support out there for you.
