I’ve recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and I’ve been on a journey to find the best way to manage it naturally. It’s been a challenge, but I’ve found that with a combination of exercise, mindfulness practices, and a balanced diet, I’ve been able to find some stability. Of course, it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, and I still have my ups and downs, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.
