Finding Balance in the Midst of Stress

Hello everyone, I just turned 27 and I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with work stress lately. It feels like the pressure is constantly piling up and I find it hard to focus or relax after work. I know I need to take care of my mental health, but it’s been a real struggle to find the right balance. I’ve been trying to implement small changes like taking short breaks throughout the day and setting boundaries between work and personal time. I also started practicing mindfulness and taking walks during my lunch break. These things seem to help a bit, but I still feel like I have a long way to go.
