Finding Balance in the Midst of Borderline Compulsive Disorder

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with dealing with borderline compulsive disorder at 51 years old. It’s been a challenging road, but I’ve found that finding balance has been key for me. Through therapy and support from loved ones, I’ve learned to recognize my triggers and implement coping mechanisms. Daily mindfulness and staying present in the moment has helped me tremendously. I’ve also discovered the importance of self-compassion and allowing myself grace on tough days. It’s a continuous journey, but I’ve made progress and I’m hopeful for the future.
