Dealing with obsessive compulsive disorder has been a struggle, especially as I try to balance it with my occupational therapy. But through the guidance of my therapist and the support of my loved ones, I’ve been able to make progress. It’s not easy, and there are definitely tough days, but I’ve learned to celebrate even the smallest victories. I’ve discovered that taking things one step at a time and being kind to myself has made a world of difference. Occupational therapy has taught me so much about managing my OCD and finding ways to improve my daily life. I’m grateful for the tools and coping mechanisms I’ve gained, and I’m eager to continue on this path of self-improvement and growth. To anyone else struggling with OCD, know that you’re not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help. We’re all in this together.
