Finding Balance in My Thoughts and Actions

As a 58-year-old woman, I have started noticing some signs of obsessive compulsive personality disorder in my everyday life. It’s been overwhelming and exhausting to constantly feel the need to control every little detail and follow strict routines. But I’ve also come to realize that I’m not alone in this struggle, and seeking support and understanding has been a positive step forward for me. I’ve started therapy and have been learning coping mechanisms to help manage my symptoms. It’s a work in progress, but I’m hopeful that with time and effort, I can find a better balance in my thoughts and actions. It’s reassuring to know that there are resources and a community out there who can offer support and guidance. This journey is not easy, but I believe that with the right tools and mindset, I can live a fulfilling life despite the challenges.
