Finding balance in healthy eating

As a 38-year-old man, I have always been conscious about my health and the food I eat. However, I’ve recently realized that my obsession with healthy eating has started to take a toll on my mental well-being. I find myself constantly worrying about every single ingredient in my meals, which has become exhausting. I know that taking care of my physical health is important, but I also understand the importance of finding a balance. I want to be able to enjoy food without feeling guilty and anxious all the time.
