I never thought I would find myself struggling with three different types of eating disorders. It’s been a battle every day, but I’ve found solace in knowing that I’m not alone. Through therapy and support groups, I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help and that recovery is possible. It’s not easy, and there are definitely setbacks, but I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve found that surrounding myself with positive influences and practicing self-care has been essential in my journey towards healing. I want to encourage others who are going through similar challenges to reach out for support and know that they are not alone. We can overcome this together.
