Finding Balance and Strength

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with dealing with mild anorexia at the age of 41. It has been a challenging road, but I have found so much strength in seeking help and support. I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help and that I am not alone in this struggle. Through therapy and the support of loved ones, I am finding ways to balance my thoughts and focus on my health. It’s a slow process, but I am making progress every day. I want to encourage anyone else who is going through this to reach out for help and know that you are not alone. Let’s continue to support each other on this journey toward healing and wellness.
