I never thought I would be seeking help for my phobia at this age, but I’ve realized that it’s never too late to work on improving my mental health. I’ve been struggling with this fear for years, and it has held me back from so many experiences. But I’ve finally decided to take control and seek support. I may feel embarrassed or frustrated at times, but I know that addressing this phobia is the first step towards a healthier and happier life. I’m hopeful that with the right guidance and support, I can overcome this fear and start living without the constant weight of it holding me back. It’s a big step for me, but I’m ready to face my fears and start moving forward.
