As an 18-year-old woman dealing with depression, I have been exploring different types of therapy to help me manage my symptoms. I have found that cognitive-behavioral therapy has been very helpful in identifying and challenging my negative thought patterns. Additionally, art therapy has allowed me to express my emotions in a creative and healing way. I have also heard about group therapy and interpersonal therapy, and I am curious to learn more about how these could benefit me.
