Exploring betterhelp for trauma therapy and my experience

This makes me think about the journey I’ve been on with my mental health, especially when it comes to dealing with trauma. A while back, I found myself in a place where I knew I needed help but wasn’t sure where to turn. That’s when I stumbled across BetterHelp. I had heard about online therapy, but I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, could it really be effective?

After doing some research and reading others’ experiences, I decided to give it a shot. I remember feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety as I signed up. I filled out a questionnaire to match me with a therapist, which felt a little strange but also kind of reassuring.
