Embracing my OCD story

Hello, everyone. I wanted to share a bit about my experience with OCD spectrum symptoms, as I know how isolating and daunting it can feel at times. I’ve struggled with intrusive thoughts and obsessive behaviors for many years, but I’ve come to realize that it doesn’t define me. I’ve found solace in therapy and support groups, and I’ve learned to embrace the unique way my mind works. It’s been a challenging journey, but I’ve found strength in connecting with others who understand and accept me without judgment.
