Embracing my body and my worth

I’ve been struggling with reverse anorexia for some time now, and it’s been a real challenge to accept my body and my worth. But I’ve come to realize that my value is not determined by the way I look or the number on the scale. I’m learning to embrace my body for all that it is and all that it does for me. It’s not an easy journey, but I’m working on it every day. I know there are others out there going through the same thing, and I want to let you know that you’re not alone. We can support each other and lift each other up as we navigate this difficult road. I believe in a future where we can all love and accept ourselves just as we are. Let’s keep pushing forward, together.
