As a 35-year-old woman dealing with obsessive learning, I have often found myself overwhelmed and consumed by the need to constantly acquire new knowledge. It can feel like a never-ending cycle of needing to know more and be better. However, I am learning to embrace this aspect of myself and see it as a strength rather than a burden. I have found solace in setting boundaries and allowing myself to take breaks when I need to. I have also discovered the importance of seeking support from loved ones and professionals who understand my struggles. Through self-compassion and acceptance, I am slowly finding balance in my life. I want to encourage others who may be going through similar challenges to embrace their love for learning, but also remember the importance of self-care and finding harmony within themselves.
