Living with bipolar disorder has been a challenging road, but I am grateful to have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a tool to help me manage my symptoms. At 53, I’ve tried various treatments, but CBT has truly made a difference in how I approach my mental health. It’s not easy and there are still difficult days, but CBT has given me a sense of control and empowerment that I never thought possible. It’s a process, and there are ups and downs, but I’ve learned to embrace it all. I encourage anyone struggling with bipolar disorder to consider CBT as a valuable resource in their mental health journey. It may not be a quick fix, but it has the potential to make a lasting and positive impact on our lives.
