My depression had been taking a toll on me for many months. Unfortunately, I was unable to find relief through traditional methods of medicine. I decided to take matters into my own hands and begin researching natural cures for depression.
I first started exploring the power of essential oils - including lavender, bergamot, jasmine, and sandalwood. Aromatherapy with these oils helped me destress and find moments of peace throughout the day. Additionally, I incorporated habits such as mindfulness meditation, yoga, walking in nature, and journaling regularly into my daily routine.
These methods have truly reduced the severity of my depression immensely. Although everything is far from perfect now, I finally feel like I am on the path towards recovery! When tackling something as difficult as depression it is important to remember that there can be more than one way to achieve relief.
