Dealing with stress and its effects on my mental health

Lately I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with stress. No matter what I try to do, it feels like the stress never goes away. Over time, it’s starting to take its toll on my mental health. I’m constantly exhausted and irritable and finding it harder and harder to stay positive and remain resilient.

I know that not all stress can be avoided, but I’m starting to think it may be time for me to find some better ways of dealing with the stress in my life. From deep breathing exercises to yoga – anything that can help me calm my mind – is worth a try. Taking regular breaks throughout the day can also aid in reducing stress levels.

Talking it out can help too! Whether it’s speaking with a close friend or family member, a qualified therapist, or even just writing down my thoughts and feelings in a journal; expressing what I’m going through can help me clear my head and set me back on the right path again.

It takes times and practice but I’m determined to get back on track by managing this daily stresses before they take over my life completely.
