Dealing with psychiatric stress my story

)

When it comes to dealing with psychiatric stress, I’ve been through some really challenging times. I feel like my anxiety peaks all the time and can sometimes pull me down into a pit of despair. I’ve realized that it’s important for me to be gentle and kind to myself when everything feels overwhelming, because those moments will pass and will not last forever. I also strive to build a supportive network around me that is understanding of my experiences. This has allowed me to feel less alone in these difficult times and find peace in knowing that there are people who care for me and understand the challenges I face. I try to take time out each day for self-care, even if it’s just for five or ten minutes, which helps ground me during hard times – this could be anything from journaling, going on walks, reading a book, taking a bubble bath or whatever else allows you some respite from your worries.
