As someone who’s dealt with stress and anxiety for a while, I was always on the lookout for something that could help make things easier. When I heard about Noom, I was a bit hesitant at first, but it ended up being a great thing for me.
It started with an assessment to figure out what my goals were when it comes to dealing with my stress and anxiety, and then from there it provided me with articles filled with useful tips. From understanding the causes of stress and how to manage them more effectively, to taking small steps in order to stay proactive throughout my day, the app has allowed me to adjust my thought process, manage my emotions better, and find relief in many ways.
What’s unique about Noom is that they don’t just provide educational resources—it encourages users to form their own plan based off of their individual needs. With setting manageable goals and tracking progress through charts, I’m able to reflect on which areas I need more help in so that I can be proactive in working towards feeling better. It helps give me accountability and also allows me to look back at all that I’ve accomplished since making changes in my life—something that really uplifts me!
