Coping with Signs of PTSD After Birth

As a 48-year-old man, I never expected to be dealing with signs of PTSD after the birth of my child. The experience was incredibly overwhelming and has left me feeling anxious and distressed. I find myself constantly reliving the events and struggling to cope with the emotions that come with it. I know that seeking help is important, but it can be difficult to take that first step. I want to find healthy ways to manage my symptoms and support my family during this challenging time. I’m thankful for any advice or support from others who may have gone through similar experiences. It’s reassuring to know that there are people who understand what I’m going through and can offer guidance on the road to recovery.
