Dealing with night sweats and anorexia at 52 has been incredibly challenging, but I’ve found some ways to cope that I want to share. First and foremost, I’ve found that reaching out to friends and family for support has been crucial. Just having someone to talk to about what I’m going through has been a huge relief. Additionally, I’ve been working with a therapist who has been helping me develop coping strategies and address the root causes of my symptoms. I’ve also found that practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques before bed has helped reduce my night sweats. As for anorexia, I’ve been working with a nutritionist to develop a healthy eating plan that works for me. It’s definitely a journey, but I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help and take things one day at a time.
