Coping with Mental Pressure

I just turned 31 and the mental pressure is really getting to me. It feels like the weight of the world is on my shoulders and I can’t shake this constant feeling of being overwhelmed. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way, but it’s hard to see past it sometimes. I’m trying to find healthy ways to cope, but it’s definitely a challenge. I’m open to any tips or advice from anyone who has been through something similar. It’s important to remember that it’s okay not to be okay all the time, and I’m working on being kinder to myself. We’re all in this together, and I’m grateful for any support or understanding from this community.
