Living with medical OCD has been a daily struggle, but I’ve found ways to cope and manage my symptoms. It’s been a rollercoaster, but therapy and support from loved ones have made a world of difference. I’ve also learned to let go of the fear and anxiety that comes with not having everything under control. It’s okay to not have all the answers, and it’s okay to seek help. If you’re going through something similar, just know that you’re not alone and there are people who understand what you’re going through. Keep pushing through, take it one day at a time, and remember that small victories are still victories. We’ve got this.
