I never thought I would be dealing with panic attacks at my age, especially while trying to sleep. It’s been a scary and lonely experience, to say the least. But I’ve been doing my research and seeking support, and I’m slowly finding ways to cope. I’ve started practicing deep breathing exercises before bed, and I’ve created a calming nighttime routine to help ease my anxiety. It’s a work in progress, but I’m determined to conquer these panic attacks and get back to peaceful, restful nights.
