Conquering my Food Anxiety

I’ve been struggling with food anxiety for as long as I can remember. The fear and panic that comes with certain foods or eating situations can be overwhelming. But I’ve made it my mission to not let it control me anymore. I’ve sought out help, therapy, and support from loved ones to better understand and manage my anxiety. It’s been a tough road, but I’m starting to see progress. I’ve learned that taking small steps and celebrating small victories can make a huge difference. I want to encourage others out there dealing with food anxiety that there is hope and help available. It’s okay to ask for help and to take control of your mental health. Together, we can conquer food anxiety and live a more fulfilling life.
