Conquering My Fear of People

I have been dealing with a fear of people for as long as I can remember. It’s been a constant struggle trying to go out and be around others without feeling overwhelming anxiety. But I’ve been working hard to overcome this fear and I want to share my progress with all of you. I’ve been seeking therapy and it has been incredibly helpful in understanding where this fear stems from. I’ve also been gradually exposing myself to social situations, taking small steps at a time. It’s not easy, but with the right support and determination, I know I can conquer this fear. I just want to encourage anyone else who is dealing with similar struggles to not give up. It’s okay to take small steps and seek help. We’re all in this together and we can support each other as we work towards overcoming our fears.
