As a 27-year-old woman, I have been battling with addiction and mental health issues for a while now. It has been a tough road, but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s not easy, and there are days when I feel like giving up, but I know that I am strong enough to overcome these challenges. I have found support in therapy and group sessions, and I am learning to cope with my struggles in a healthier way.
