Dealing with thyroid depression at 21 has been a tough battle, but I’ve finally found some peace. It hasn’t been easy, and I’ve had my ups and downs, but I’ve learned to embrace the support and resources around me. It’s okay to ask for help and to seek out the right treatment. I’ve found therapy and medication to be incredibly helpful for me. I’ve also discovered the importance of self-care and making time for things that bring me joy. Whether it’s going for a run, spending time with friends, or engaging in hobbies, these little things have made a big difference in my mental health. I know that I am not alone, and that there are others out there experiencing something similar. I have hope that things will continue to improve, and I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made so far.
