As someone who was a part of the Biden campaign, I’m glad to see that the President-elect is working to ease Democratic anxiety and build bridges with Republicans. It’s not easy to transition from a campaign to governance and Biden is doing just that. He is showing that he is willing to work with Republicans and that he is not opposed to compromise. This is a welcomed change from the previous administration and one that will hopefully lead to progress on important issues. It’s comforting to know that Biden is taking a bipartisan approach and I’m confident that this will benefit the American people.
