Army 'failed' soldier with PTSD who killed himself

I recently read an article about how a woman has been jailed for 30 months after encouraging her friend to attack an ex-boyfriend. This is a perfect example of why it is important to think before we act. Making decisions out of anger and revenge can have serious consequences, and here we can see the result of such a decision.

No matter what happened between the woman and her ex-boyfriend, having her friend carry out the attack was never the right way to go about it. Violence and revenge do not solve anything, and this woman’s actions have led her to being jailed.

It’s important to remember that it is never okay to take matters into our own hands like this. We need to think about the potential consequences of our actions and make sure that we don’t do anything that could land us in trouble.

It sounds like this woman made a rash decision based on anger and the consequences of it have been severe. Instead of resorting to violence, it would have been better if she had taken a step back and evaluated other possible solutions. As the article said, “Revenge does not equal justice”. We need to remember that even if we feel as though we are in the right, our actions can still have serious repercussions and we need to be aware of that before anything is done. There are always other ways of dealing with difficult situations without anger or violence.
