Creating special memories for them is incredibly important and can lead to strong relationships down the road. Although I’m not quite as creative or crafty as she is, I’ve always tried to incorporate fun into my kids’ lives with everyday tasks - like giving them chores but stacking on an element of competition or turning mundane evening activities like homework into something enjoyable by adding some gamification element into it.
