I recently read this article about simple habits and routines to keep away from depression and stress and I think it is so important to try to keep your mental health in check. The five habits that the author mentioned were really great - having a positive attitude, eating healthy, having a good sleep hygiene, getting regular exercise, and having time for yourself. These are all habits that I have tried to incorporate into my life and I think they really make a difference.
