I started using 15minutes4me mostly because my stress was getting hard to pin down. I kept assuming it was just work, but the daily check-ins are showing me that it’s usually a mix of things, like poor sleep, too much caffeine, putting off small tasks, and then feeling behind.
It’s not fixing everything overnight, but seeing the patterns written down makes them feel less random. I’ve been trying to catch the early signs instead of waiting until I’m already overwhelmed. Even taking a short break or dealing with one task sooner seems to help a bit.
The biggest thing so far is realizing my stress often builds quietly before I notice it. Has anyone else used it mainly to track triggers?

@Clinton_Olson, the connection between poor sleep and putting off small tasks sounds familiar. I’ve noticed that one unfinished chore can sit in the back of my mind and make everything else feel heavier.
The early signs are easy to miss, so writing them down seems useful. I’m trying to handle one small task sooner instead of letting several pile up, and that alone can take the edge off.

@Monica_George, that unfinished-chore feeling can be surprisingly loud, even when the task itself only takes a few minutes. I’ve found that doing the smallest visible step, rather than trying to finish everything at once, helps clear some mental space.
Writing down the early signs is useful too. I’m starting to notice that irritability and rushing are often my warning signs, not just feeling overwhelmed.
